It is my privilege, as Chief Caregiver Officer, to welcome each of you – nurses, educators, leaders, students, and partners in care – to this important gathering. Nursing stands at a pivotal moment: we are called not only to provide safe, compassionate care, but also to shape the future of health through innovation, technology, and scholarly excellence. This year’s conference challenges us to imagine what nursing will look like in 2031 and beyond. Together, we will explore how to:

• Transform academic pathways to better prepare the next generation of nurses
