She holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and has a proven track record in developing innovative strategies to optimize perioperative operations, enhance patient safety, and promote staff development. A dynamic leader recognized for operational excellence, Siew’s extensive expertise includes commissioning healthcare facilities, perioperative services administration, policy and workflow development, IT integration, accreditation preparation, and multi-disciplinary education programs.
