With a career spanning 26 years including 15 years in the United Kingdom's, National Health Service, Colin has held both frontline leadership positions and advanced practice roles within Emergency Care, showcasing his extensive expertise and dedication to the field.
During his 11 year tenure at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Colin has achieved significant milestones. Notably, in 2020, under his leadership, the Emergency Department became the first in the United Arab Emirates to receive the prestigious Emergency Nurses Association’s (ENA) Lantern Award, an accolade that was re-awarded in 2023 and 2026, cementing the department's reputation for excellence in emergency nursing.
Colin's passion lies in driving quality and excellence in unscheduled care. He serves as Chair of the ENA, Global Advisory Committee. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in elevating the standards of emergency services, making a lasting impact on patient care.
